Charissa Richardson is a native of Cleveland County. She graduated from Crest High School with multiple honors. Ms. Charissa continued her education at Gaston College, graduating in 2011 with an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. While at Gaston College, she was an active member and elected parliamentarian of the Paralegal Club and repeatedly excelled and appeared on the Dean’s List. Upon graduating, Ms. Charissa proceeded to participate in a brief internship at a local law office specializing in criminal matters. She then excelled as the sole paralegal at a fast paced law firm representing clients in the areas of bankruptcy, domestic law, estate planning, and civil litigation prior to joining our firm.
Ms. Charissa resides in Lincoln County, NC with her family which includes her husband and three handsome sons. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, theatrical and sporting events. Ms. Richardson joined the Greene Law Offices, PLLC in February 2014 as Estates and Personal Injury Paralegal, working primarily with Attorney Greene.
Traffic Paralegal and Spanish Translator
Ms. Yineda is the first point of telephone contact as the traffic and criminal coordinator with clients dealing with traffic matters ranging from a simple speeding ticket to more serious traffic matters. Yineida is also the liasion as a Spanish translator and is a great asset to the firm.
Ms. Yineida enjoys spending time with her family and two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her extended family every opportunity she gets. Ms. Yineida enjoys the opportunity to cook and make fancy meals, in addition to volunteering within the community.
Ms. Phyllis Hudgins joined Greene Law Offices PLLC in 2016 as a domestic law paralegal to provide support for our clients, attorneys and paralegals. Having worked for many years in Greensboro, NC, she decided to come back to her roots, having grown up in Cleveland County as well as having graduated from Burns High School. She graduated with honors from Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro and received her certificate through the North Carolina State Bar as a Certified North Carolina Paralegal. Ms. Phyllis is compassionate in her work with our domestic clients while understanding these periods can be the toughest periods in their lives for the domestic clients. Ms. Phyllis enjoys communicating with clients and looks forward to offering her assistance at all times.
In her free time Ms. Phyllis enjoys gardening and reading. She attends Aldersgate United Methodist Church and enjoys volunteering her time with the church and within her community.
Erica Devlin began working with the firm in January 2018. Erica is from Lenoir, NC, where she lives with her husband and children. Erica has repeatedly made the Dean’s list and graduated with an Associates in Paralegal Technology from Western Piedmont Community College in December 2018. She primarily works with Attorney Hudson handling criminal, estate, and civil matters. She also assists with Spanish translation for the firm.
She is a member of St. John Holiness Church International in Newton, NC, where her husband is a minister. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her children and travelling to new places.
Kara Hutchins is a native of Rutherford County and joined our firm in 2018 as the Office Coordinator after relocating to Cleveland County. Mrs. Kara graduated with honors from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Ms. Kara handles intra-office administration and billing at our Shelby office.
Ms. Kara spends her free time with her two beautiful daughters and husband. She has a passion for cooking, gardening and refurbishing antiques, as this gives her the opportunity to express her creative and artistic abilities. Mrs. Kara also enjoys volunteering within her community and participating in various charity events.
