Meet the Founder

Nichóle B. Greene, Attorney at Law

Attorney Nichóle B. Greene is more than a skilled legal advocate. She is a proud citizen of Shelby, North Carolina, whose journey from the foothills of Lincoln and Cleveland County to the courtrooms of North Carolina, reflects a lifelong dedication to justice, community, and service.

Attorney Greene's academic journey began at Cleveland Community College, where she graduated with High Honors and earned her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence, she continued her education at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science and a Minor in Criminal Justice. Her academic distinction earned her induction into three prestigious honor societies, Gamma Beta Phi, Phi Theta Kappa International, and Alpha Chi National, a reflection of both her intellectual ability and her relentless work ethic.

Attorney Greene went on to earn her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude one of the most sought-after law programs in the nation. True to her character, she didn't just attend law school. She led it. She served as Vice President of the Student Body and Vice President of her graduating class and was an active member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi, where she rose to serve as Magister. She contributed to the Law Journal and was hand-selected for the school's elite Trial Advocacy Team, a highly competitive program whose members consistently ranked in the top ten nationally.

Her achievements did not go unnoticed. Attorney Greene was honored with the Floyd McKissick Award for Leadership and Scholarship, presented by the American Bar Institute to a student who exemplifies leadership and public service. In perhaps her most distinguished academic honor, she was named the 2006 International Graduate of the Year by the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi, a singular award presented annually to only one outstanding graduate from law schools spanning North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Before earning her license to practice, Attorney Greene gained invaluable real-world experience through her internships with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina and an externship with the Durham County Public Defender's Office, experiences that shaped her understanding of the law from every angle.

Upon being licensed to practice in North Carolina, Attorney Greene joined Flowers, Martin, Moore & Ditz, P.A. in Shelby, where she honed her skills in domestic, estate, and criminal law. She later took one of the most significant steps of her career, opening her own firm, Greene Law Offices, PLLC, bringing quality, compassionate legal representation directly to the community she calls home.

A recognized leader both inside and outside the courtroom, Attorney Greene has served the Cleveland County Bar Association as Secretary, Vice President, and President, and has held a board position with the Abuse Prevention Council of Shelby. She has also been repeatedly recognized in the attorney category for Best Attorney for many years with The Star Official Community’s Choice Award, a distinction that speaks not just to her legal skill, but to the trust her clients and peers place in her year after year.

Today, Attorney Greene zealously represents clients in domestic law, ranging from child custody, separation, divorce, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution. She also handles criminal defense, ranging from speeding citations, traffic violations and DWI/DUI charges to serious felonies; as well as estate planning and probate cases.     DOMESTIC PARALEGAL

    As a domestic law paralegal, Amy Stanley has been a valuable asset to Greene Law Offices PLLC since Spring 2021. Amy brings a true passion for assisting clients, particularly during the often difficult periods associated with domestic legal cases. She holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and is known for her compassionate approach and excellent communication skills, always eager to offer support to clients, attorney, and the paralegal team. Outside of work, Amy cherishes time with her family and her six beautiful granddaughters.Amy also finds enjoyment in relaxing at the beach, reading, and working in her yard.

  • OLIVIA GREENE

    SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER

    Olivia Greene joined Greene Law Offices, PLLC in 2016 and is a Cleveland County native. She graduated from Burns High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in social science from Clemson University in 2019. As Social Media and Marketing Manager, Olivia blends creativity and strategy to enhance the firm’s online presence, create engaging content, and ensure the firm’s message reaches the right audience. She brings a people centered approach to her work, valuing clear communication, consistency, and authenticity. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and her two fur babies, Kooper and Koko.

  • ANNA ESTRELLADO

    FRONT DESK RECEPTIONST & TRAFFIC CONSULANT

    Our newest team member, joining Greene Law Offices, PLLC in Spring 2025, Anna Estrellado plays a crucial role in supporting our clients, attorneys, and paralegals. As our dedicated front desk receptionist, Anna consistently provides a welcoming experience as the first point of contact when entering the office and offers vital assistance to Attorney Greene and our office paralegals. Her work is characterized by full effort and dedication, and she also expertly serves as our traffic consultant. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family,  watching her 13-year-old play soccer, exploring new places and hiking with her Mini Aussie Jack.

  • QUINCY WHITENER

    FRONT DESK CONSULANT

    Quincy Whitener first joined Greene Law Offices as a student intern in the summer of 2025 and returns this summer as A Front Desk Receptionist. Quincy assists the firm with case research, client intake, scheduling, and general support across all areas of the practice. Quincy is actively involved in Teen Court, Model United Nations, and serves as Co-Director of Outreach for the national youth organization Youth in Action. He is also on track to earn his Eagle Scout rank this year. Quincy's passion for law, public policy, and legal advocacy continues to grow with every experience , both inside and outside the firm. In his free time, Quincy enjoys hanging out with friends, volunteering, and watching documentaries.
